A website for your business, an internal application, an AI agent connected to your tools or infrastructure that needs to be more reliable: the subject changes, our approach stays the same. At Meteor Factory, we take on design, development and production deployment engagements, all at a fixed price and fully remote.
Start with the need and the budget
Tell us about your project, the people who will use it, your constraints and the budget you want to allocate. We work directly with you to understand what needs to work first and what can wait.
From there, we provide a brief explaining our estimate: the proposed scope for your budget, the deliverables, technical choices, assumptions and points that need clarification. You know what the fixed price covers and why we recommend that approach.
If the budget cannot cover everything, we propose a useful first scope and explain the trade-offs. Scope and price are agreed before implementation begins. If your needs change later, we assess the impact together before starting additional work.

Work with the engineers building your solution
You speak directly with the founders who design and develop your solution. Our expertise covers interfaces and UX, software architecture, applied AI and production systems.
Specifications guide our development, supported by Singularity, our own AI forge. Unit and end-to-end tests, design reviews, accessibility checks and adversarial reviews using multiple AI models are part of our quality process.
Work remotely with a shared plan
All collaboration happens remotely. The brief, specifications and discussions about deliverables provide shared references for tracking decisions and agreeing on the expected result. We define progress updates and delivery arrangements with you for each engagement.
